EasiLinc Protection
Modules
The EasiLinc
product line makes protective relay application simple. By
combining application and integration techniques refined by years of
experience with the simple and powerful EasiLinc Setting
Transfer Software, POWER
Engineers makes today's high performance protective relays easier to use
than the discrete relays and other system components they replace.
EasiLinc protection
modules include:

Protective relay and test switches,
mounted and pre-wired in a 19" panel

Supporting schematics, provided in
several electronic formats to document the relay connections to
the system

Application setting files to define
the logic, event reporting, load profiling, integration, etc.
needed to provide full relay functionality.
You need to
determine and implement only thirty simple protection settings to
complete the configuration prior to installation.
Used together, the
modules, documentation, and setting transfer software will reduce,
by as much as 90%, the engineering and technician time required to
apply and install high-performance protection.
Use EasiLinc
modules to:

EasiLinc ELOCS Overcurrent
Protection and Control Module
The
ELOCS
module offers feeder overcurrent protection, reclosing, and
front-panel controls. This module is based on the popular SEL-351S Relay, but
is much simpler to implement and use. Fewer than 30 settings are
needed to place the ELOCS package in service.
EasiLinc ELOCA Overcurrent
Protection Module
The
ELOCA
module provides high-performance feeder protection without the
front-panel operator interface. This module includes an SEL-351A Relay and test
switches, pre-wired, and mounted in a sub-panel suitable for a 19
rack or switchgear cutout mounting. Consider this package for
budget-sensitive applications, or when you plan to include an
EasiLinc HMI.
EasiLinc ELGEN Generator
Protection Module
The ELGEN module offers a full suite of
generator protection functions, including models having differential and
synch-check functions. Based
on the popular SEL-300G Relay, the ELGEN protection module simplifies
setting development for generator protection applications and shortens
installation outages.
EasiLinc ELXFR Transformer
Protection Module
Four EasiLinc models are available
for a variety of distribution, transmission, and power plant transformer
protection applications. The
ELXFR,
ELXFE, and
ELXFA EasiLinc modules are based on variations of the
SEL-387 Differential Relay. The
ELXF5 protection module includes an SEL-587 and an SEL-501 Relay,
offering primary differential and backup overcurrent protection in one
package for two-winding transformers. The transformer protection modules are not yet supported by the
EasiLinc Setting Transfer Software, but we are working to make that
support available soon.
EasiLinc ELTLL Transmission
Line Current Differential Protection
Module
The
ELTLL
module offers transmission line current differential
protection, zone distance protection, directional
overcurrent protection, communication-aided tripping schemes, reclosing and
sync check functions. Based on the SEL-311L Relay, ELTLL is much
simpler to implement and use. Simplify design, installation and
settings with the EasiLinc ELTLL Transmission Line Current
Differential protection module.
EasiLinc
ELTLC Transmission Protection Module
The
ELTLC
module offers transmission line zone distance
protection, directional overcurrent protection, communication-aided tripping
schemes, reclosing and sync check functions. This module is based on the
popular SEL-311C Relay, but is much simpler to implement and use. Use the
ELTLC for all your zone distance transmission line applications. |
